Five years ago i had a fracture of the scaphoid bone (the right hand) caused by a fall onto the hand during roller-skating.
I had an operation : a graft of a piece of radius on the scaphoid.
The operation has been a relative success but the graft was not totaly vascularized.

But now i suffer from arthritis especially after practicing wrestling or when i use my right arm to support my body on the floor.

Are Someone here who have solutions to reduce the pain or reeducate the wrist?

Thanks!

Jean Luc, I don't have any experience in post-operative rehabilitation. What have you been doing for it so far? Did the surgeons give you a program for rehab? Did it help? Can you go back to them and ask? They are most familiar with your exact condition.

I can suggest relaxed circular range-of-motion exercises, and since pathological tension radiates, include your fingers and elbows.
