If you don't recognize Lee Synkowski's name, it's because you're not reading the best alternative fitness and martial art E-zine on the net. Lee wrote a ground breaking article on BJJ and Body-Flow called, Spicing up the Shrimp (http://www.circularstrengthmag.com/19/synkowski.html).

Last weekend, Lee won his division at the Budweiser Jiu Jitsu World Cup!

Congratulations Lee for all of your hard work and the victory that resulted from it!

Thanks Coach! I used much of your material to win my 5 matches in a row. Here's a hint for the competitors out there, proper breathing and structure will take you much farther than traditional conditioning ever will. I have only been grappling for 7 months so I was in the group of people with up to 12 months experience. I think some people thought I was sandbagging because I tapped 2 guys and shut out the other three. Oh well, I am going to move up to the next level ahead of time because I am ready for it.

I will put together an article for the next Circular Strength Training mag talking about utilizing the Flow State Performance Spiral for competetion and training.

Was anybody else from the forum there?

Great job Lee!

I really look forward to your articles on your specific adaptation of these skills to fit your needs. I for one will learn quite a bit.
