I am honored to be co-moderator of this forum. My hope is that in this forum we explore various aspects of alternative and non-traditional medicine.

My short educational and professional bio:

BS in Health and Fitness from Springfield College in Spfld, MA
ND in Naturopathic Medicine from National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, OR
I was in private practice for 8 years. I have worked in the dietary supplement field as a formulator, researcher, speaker and consultant for 8 years. Additionally, I have worked and consulted in the laboratory medicine field for 4 years.

Thanks for the welcome Brett.
I'm Dan and this seems like a great addition to the forums as I am aspiring to become a pharmacist although not yet accepted into the professional phase. Alternative medicine and supplementation are of interest to me so I look forward to being involved in these topics.

Just a side note, about 2 years or so ago I was looking for a sambo instructor in the portland area and came upon a name of Brett Jacques. Unfortunately, you just moved out of the area although I talked to one of your trainees who runs a kung fu school in the Mt. Tabor area(my area).
