Hi, my name is Shawn Rempel. I'm a 24 year old university student (finishing up a Zoology degree) and I'm just starting to get into Coach Sonnon's work. I've got the first Zdorovye tape (really enjoy it) and hope to have clubbells by X-mas. I have a background in wrestling and just recently starting training in Tony Blauer's TCMS, under Rich Beaupit. I heard about Coach Sonnon's stuff through some of Dr. Cobb's posts and did a lot of reading on the Underground forum. Even though I've just touched the surface, Scott (and Tony's) material are totally changing the way I've been thinking and have really inspired me to get into the best shape that I can.
