hello everyone. my name is Quentin Henry. i have been blessed to find this most amazing and incredible Path of Heart called RMAX. i am 43 yrs young. yet consider myself eternal; ) well in spirit at least.
i was blessed to meet Scott online and he invited me to come to this Forum. i've spent the last 2 days having my mind BLOWN at the fantastic wisdom and knowledge that graces these pages. OMG!! you guys are all amazing. i've studied martial arts since 13. i've been a personal trainer. and a yoga teacher. yet....i've NEVER known anything like what i am reading. i get goose bumps when i read some of the articles. i quit teaching and went to work in a bookstore cause i was so disgusted by the martial art and fitness industry. the lack of truth, of spirit, i....i couldnt take it. i had gone back to my basics of bodyweight training when i heard of Scott. i feel like Jonathan Livingston Seagull(if you are familiar with the book) when he finds his 'new' family after feeling for so long he was alone and no one understood what he was searching for. god do i ever feel RE-BORN! then to find out Steven Barnes is practitioner!! wow! i love his writing! i am H(OM)E.
i just ordered FlowFit at Scotts recommendation. and i am intending to attend the Path workshop next month in SF!!
i am honored to have found such warriors! Scott.....what you have created here touches my heart. thank you! i look forward to the future with RMAX.
blessings,
QH
