Bill,

I was wondering if you had a list of resources on the NHE program.

I am planning on coming off a raw food program and adding some cooked food to my program. I like the raw approach and feel great but I've noticed loss of some muscle mass.

I was thinking vegan with beans, possible eggs as a protein source. I know chick peas and lentils are listed as a complete protein.

I was inspired by your post on customizing a plan for your individual needs as no one knows us better. It is hard to get through all the bs and marketing of the different programs.
