There is obviously an overall system or concept here and each title reveals more of the puzzle. Even the film clips that come in my email contain a fractal component of the flow( sorry, I don't know what to call it really just using "flow"). Now if I'm not missing the point entirely it would seem that each flow or program will be different according to the individual. Also If I'm not mistaken a certain amount of personal creativity is warranted. For instance there is a wooden bench at the park I work out at and I must have done at least eight different "exercises" off of that thing. Jumping, rolling, whatever I could think of. It was fun, a good work out, and membership cost me nothing.:)

In the past month or two I've ordered a boatload of RMAX tapes and still have some on the way. It started with HARDWORK, moved on to Intu-Flow® and branched out into FORWARD PRESSURE, FLOWFIT I,and II, BE BREATHED, IOUF, PLURAL ASSAILANT ENGAGEMENTS, and waiting for ARTHROKINETICS. The only reason I'm stopping at this is because my coffers are empty. This is enough material to keep me busy although I would like to check out SOFTWORK, PRASARA, and the RUSSIAN KNIFE FIGHTING titles. Clubbell®s seem like an impossible dream.

Any chance Clubbell®s will go into the vault? I have the miniClubbell®s that came with Intu-Flow® and love the little buggers. It would cost me nearly 300 beans to buy a set of 15's and a DVD on how to use them . I just can't do it! Have you ever thought about making cheaper ones for po folk ?

Bottom line, I love this stuff, it is life changing, I need to settle down, be breathed and work what I've got.RRRAAAHHHHH !

Sincerely,
Edward Sloan

Edward,

You have plenty to work with for now. The mosaic won't get any clearer with more products, only more practice. Enjoy the process, mi amigo.
