Hi All
Wanted some advice on the Second Exercise (I think ) from Prime Your Bioenergy, the side to side neck movement.
ON trying this exercise (and having seen Scotts impressive performance) I discovered I have massively limited mobility in this range of motion (felt like it might be a trap thing).
Can anyone recomend methods to improve this particualr range?

Andy, stand with your shoulder against the wall (at a perpendicular angle). Move your head towards the wall of the shoulder buttressed. Relax and exhale as you move; don't force or strain. Lead with the corner (angle) of your jaw to prevent your head from tilting (ear to shoulder) and to prevent your head from twisting (back of head to wall).
Move less distance of higher quality, rather than greater distance of impure quality (impure = tilting and twisting to "achieve" greater distance.)
Be patient and diligent. Work it every day throughout the day two or three repetitions at a time. Explore and practice rather than "train."
Keep us advised of your progress.

Thank you for asking the question and thank you coach Sonnon for the response. This is quite a challenge for me and my students also.

Im with Robert, thank you for the question and the answer. This is the only move from the begginers program of warrior wellnes I do not feel confortable with after months of owning the tapes. I will work on Coach Sonnons sugestions daily to see if I can finaly make my head move like that.
happy training or better yet practice
