Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Corbin Baird from Bloomington, IN. I consider myself to be a multi-sport athlete focused mainly on endurance/ultra events with a good deal of adventure/X sports thrown in to the mix. Been lurking on this board for months after finding Coach Sonnon and CST on the Renegade site. I have always looked for smarter and better ways of improving my physical, spiritual and personal life and I have found the discussion in these forums very helpfull and inspirational!
