I cannot tell you how much I have apprenicate these clips. I have grown to love and respect you each time I see you in person or watch you lead from the front. I have alot of respect and pride for my mentor, friend, and now doctor. I have valid reasons folks. Throughout my fitness career have not seen any "gurus" lead the front like Doc Sonnon. In all the fitness conventions and seminars that I have been to, I haven't see any talking heads provide any examples of their own personal growth, health, and fitness. Think of the others - health and fitness talking heads - that come to mind. Do you see them sharing their creativity, personal practice, and mastery to the public? This may seem like bragging about my coach. But if the shoes fit, wear them! I am proud to be mentored by Doc Sonnon, headcoaches, and my fellow CST Cadre brothers and sisters. I am trained by the best! Here is what I see in the future, the other talking heads will follow Doc Sonnon's example and share their skills to the public. :D
