I just came across this article while doing some research for work. Thought this in particular was very interesting:

Ms. Green's partner and Pacific Therx co-founder Brian Bettendorf...had one patient who was a baseball pitcher with shoulder pain. Mr. Bettendorf traced the problem down to lack of mobility in his big toe.

Elizabeth,

This is one of the foundational premises of the Circular Strength Training System: all of the body, all of the time. What affects one affects all due to the biotensegrity principle. Cross-force transfer due to our contralateral gait runs from one foot to opposite hand. Professional baseball athletes have been getting involved with CST specifically due to this above referenced issue.

I believe it 100% It's amazing how it is all connected, but so many people still do not have this understanding - even in the medical field. :frown: Ah well. Change happens slowly and it's always changing. :) I'm glad I finally opened my eyes to the world that is CST and have been making incredible progress. :D

Cheers!
