In 2005, the most common member feedback coming from thousands of RMAX athletes was this:

"How do we create a THP [Training Hierarchy Pyramid] for fitness since I'm not training for a specific sport?"

In 2006, RMAX released the answer to that resounding request: The 4x7 Formula is how you apply the THP for elite fitness levels even if you don't have a particular sport you're preparing for. You don't even need to know how it works. All you need to do is follow along and reap the enormous benefits.

This "health first" fitness approach optimizes functional intensity (general to specific energy systems), incremental sophistication (gross to fine motor quality), compensation (for the prior conditioned movements), recovery (from the sum total work load), and creative play.

The 4x7 Formula accomplishes this through a specific protocol and schedule based upon a universal phenomenon called the Fibonacci Sequence. Looking back over the years of daily entries in my personal training journals and that of my athletes, I noticed the pattern and worked for several years to reproduce it deliberately with about an 85% success rate.

To christen the launch of the 4x7 Formula's public release, we issued a challenge, the RMAX Transformation Challenge. From over several hundred requests, 60+ applications were received. By the time all of the doctor and trainer examinations and documents were signed and submitted by the deadline, 7 contestants were accepted into the RMAX Transformation Challenge which began on August 27th.

Tomorrow will be the final Day of the 28 Day event!!!

Please join us in cheering them on. They're VERY active in the private forums posting their food, drink, exercise and discoveries. They're sprinting for the finish line as a group.

To commemorate Day 28 of the RMAX Transformation Challenge, please enjoy...

Kiswahili! Firm indeed. The "bruiser on a box" and the rocking eagle, all of it is beautiful. A surprise and an encouragement every time.

Keep up the good work guys!

This has got to be the most impressive installment yet!

Some seriously cool work on the rings. And you're making that pistol spinal rock look easy - I'm constantly impressed by how quickly you assimilate and nail down new skills. The bruiser work and the Prasara chain are equally impressive - there are no highlights, because the entire clip was a highlight reel.

Nicely done, brutha!

Thanks, Ryan. Pistols are incredibly boring. I can't imagine anyone wanting to do them any longer than once they can perform them. How could one give up fun for volume?

The video was very inspirational. I received the FlowFit dvd yesterday I ordered. My 10 year old daughter and I had a blast going through the exercises. We now have our workout routine for the next few months. All she kept saying while watching it was I want to be able to do that! Great stuff!

Can I ask a maybe a stupid question? I am presuming that these exercises are all part of the 4x7 program right? What if you can't do any of the exercises (except for the chin ups)? I was told 4x7 would be a good starting point but it may be too hard. Is that why Intu-Flow is the best place then the Golden 3?

Scotty,

What you are seeing is not the exercise selective from the 4x7 DVD. What you are watching is the 4x7 PROTOCOL. The METHOD. The METHOD can be applied to any exercise.

You can start by working with 4x7 DVD is you wish so. The exercises on there can be done by anyone because they are incremental. There are Intu-Flow like movements on it also. However, THE place to start is Intu-Flow. Just like you didn't learn how to read without first learning the alphabet you need to learn how to read CST by starting with Intu-Flow.

We have one more contestant completing his assignment, and then RMAX corporate office will post the official statistics from the contestants respective medical doctors, since photos can be deceptive. Then... the next surprising turn in this challenge will be announced. ;) :)

Today Anthony finishes and will post his final report. RMAX corporate is trying to get all of the doctors' exams uploaded and tally all of the final statistics today.
