Coach Brown, Well I just love being active. I'm very involved with Crossfit and USC. Yes, I love to cycle. I've been very sproty all my life. Just stopped playing hockey a few years back. At the time I was playing Pro roller hockey and Rec ice hockey. It really beat me up! My collage years and high school years I played a lot of soccer...loads of soccer! The list goes on and on.
At this point in my life I ride and work on my personal fitness. I hope to start my own boot came next fall.
I've been working in hospitals for many years. Both in Rehab and the ER where I am now. I've just gotten to a point where I want to help people get healthy, working with sick and injured is hard after so many years.
Ok, enough about me.
