I get occasional spamtype ads about jumping gear.
Light bulb went off in my head, since
a) coach does a lot of jumping on/off plyo box
b)there's RMAX running
then, can there be a RMAX jumping?

I love this idea too. Being a shorter guy I spend a large amount of time doing jump training.
