I was startled to hear that Coach Sonnon had never been to SF before. To be able to introduce and share this great city was so much fun - and to kick around with no hard agenda (or physical requirements) was bliss....;).

We had raw foods 'gourmet' lunch (Cafe Gratitude) that was outstanding. We both walked out with more energy than we went in with.

Coach said, "I feel great"
I said "I know, me too. The food kind of jacks you up."
Coach said "yeah it's not like, eeeehhhhhh, it's like whaaaaaaa"

The weather is usually perfect the last week of September in SF. What a view of the Golden Gate bridge and the San Francisco peninsula!

It was really nice for you to come to town. I look forward to seeing you again in this neck of the woods!
