AFAIK Doug has finished his tour and taking some well deserved R&R. I look foward to his return to CST forums and inspiring reports also.

As far as R+R, if you can call the final stages of OCS preparation, R+R well then that's what I've been up to. In super fun news, I've put on about 10lbs of muscle since wrapping up the tour and getting back to my OCS prep. This new mass is fun but taking some getting used to.

I'll be on later post a heavy update to my training log.
