I want to try a density program with the one handed kettlebell C&P. Being that it takes a long tijme to get through each rep of the exercise how do you time the routine?

With the Swipe I put the timer on and start each new set at the beginning of each minute.

I'm not sure I could move quickly enough to do this with the C&P.

I have done it so far on the first step of the density program but it will not work for long.

How much rest time should I put between the sets?
