I ordered Intu-flow last week, have not recieved it yet and just had a quick question. I have been getting rolfed the last few weeks for some back, hip, sciatic issues. I cannot believe how tight my muscles are. I know that intu-flow will help with mobility and movement but am curious if anyone has seen a difference in tightness of the actual muscle from practice? I am assuming that with regular practice everything will begin to release and relax. Just curious what others experiences were. Thanks for any info.

When a joint doesnt have sufficient range of motion, the muscles around it brace. Without addressing joint mobility and using conventional stretching, muscles are forced to relax at the expense of the intergrity of the joint.

As the joint becomes more mobile, the muscles around it relax. I can kick my leg pretty high to my side, thats all Intu-Flow®'s doing - I've never done a static stretch to relax those muscles. The muscles dont need to maintain the excess tension because it wont be injurious to the joint to access that range of motion.

Of course there are times when the muscles dont relax sufficiently from Intu-Flow® alone such as when there is conditioned Residual Muscular Tension, which is where Prasara comes in.

Looking forward to starting my intu-flow training and seeing if it helps with some chronic pain and flexibility. Thanks a bunch for your response.
