Tribe,

The rate of membership to the RMAX.tv Forum continues to be monumental, but only a fraction take advantage of the exclusive opportunity this forum offers. This is a FREE Training Forum where you can interface with some of the world's most elite coaches, trainers, therapists, physicians and athletes from all over the world, but most importantly a chorus of people who've been through what you're going through, or are still going through it right now!

After you post your introduction, post your questions on how to get started, and the CST Instructor Cadre will help you craft your program. Once the CST Cadre get your program designed, post your diary in the Personal Training Log. Some people may be hesitant to do the latter for fear of embarrassment or for need of privacy. That may be understandable though this is a private access forum. However, getting to the point where you are recording a daily training diary is of the UTMOST importance. So posted or not, once your program is designed, start making entries, at home or here to receive feedback, tips and suggestions from the CST Cadre.

Enjoy the Tribal chorus, and all the delicious pain that Clubbells will bring.

I second your thoughts Coach.

The more individuals who take the brave steps to sharing their learning process the more we all have to gain and grow and help them grow. AND IT'S FREE  All you've gotta do is muster the courage to open up and ask.

Here to help,
Coach Szolek

This is an important point. It seems most of the people that introduce themselves have interesting and varied backrounds. It's like belonging to the coolest gym in the world. Every post doesn't have to be profound, and sometimes it's the "dumb" question that leads to the big insight. So go for it!

To all,

I am new to this forum, but not to the intrest we share in this and other subjects Coach Sonnon (CS) is involved with. A couple of years back I read and posted on an diffrent forum ran by CS, and this forum is quite an evolutionary step ahead from the past. I look forward to submitting what little I may have to offer onto the forum, and getting the most out of it as possible!

Forgive my poor grammer in the my last post. The second sentence should read "a diffrent forum" not "an diffrent forum".

Sorry about that.

Hello. I suppose I have the honor and privelege of being the newest of the new. I just joined the forum today, and I invite you to check out my intro and my first topical post. I want to thank Coach Sonnon and the other coaches for your openess and readiness to help. Read my first topical post and you'll get a sense of the help and direction I need. Anyway, I'm ready to dig in. I look forward to getting to know you all. Take Care.

Um, HOW DO I GET STARTED?(Is this the right place to ask?)

And ... what all am I getting started in? Potentially, I mean.

Donald,

What are you asking specifically?

How do you get started practicing?

Well, I don't exactly know everything about RMAX but from what I've seen it offers advice/instruction on a type of yoga practice, martial arts instruction, training expertise as far aimed at improvement and healthy living training ... all of which interest me.

I saw that some products are marketed such as dvd's and then there's the clubbells and the accompanying instruction on how to use them ... is all of this not part of a comprehensive program that people may incorporate into their lives?

How do you get started on a program? Are there local affiliates that I should contact about my inquiries?

I recommend starting by reading this thread:

I also do a quickie searchable index of CST Magazine that's fun to go through.
