The Intu-Flow contains some pretty amazing moves, many of which I will be working my way up to. The one thing I cannot even begin to do is the neck slide thing. Coach Sonnon looks like his head is not attached to his spinal column when he does that. Either that or he's a cousin to that stretchy guy on the Fantastic Four. My neck just does not move in that direction. Try as I might I can't seem to get the least little movement side to side like that. What can I do to make some progress in that particular movement?:confused:
