Be Breathed in Intu-Flow®?

i think i'm starting to sort things out a bit here as far as the various programs. i have Intu-Flow® and it's super. i wanted to find out if the material in Be Breathed is now covered in Intu-Flow®? thanks!

Various levels of Spinal Rocks from Be Breathed are included in Intu-Flow®. The presentation is a bit different as Be Breathed explores a lot of nuances of spinal rocks and main goal is to teach good core activation, whereas in Intu-Flow® spinal rocks are used for joint lubrication while integrating the breathe with structure and movement. Subtle difference, but also an important distinction

Sean, I second that thank you. I've only watched/practiced IntuFlow beginner and intermediate so far and was wondering how much of BeBreathed would be duplicated. Your explanation is very helpful to me.
