Awesome! Please be sure to take photos, and have someone write a review of the event for RMAX Magazine.

I wanted to take some time and thank Anthony, Martin, Thomas, and last but never least my brother Slade for this event. I hope you guys enjoyed the workshop and will continue your practice of CST on much a deeper level.

Yours in CST,

Bao

I am extremely grateful to Bao and Slade for taking the time out of insanely busy schedules to share their knowledge with us yesterday. My understanding of technique has increased ten fold as a result of their time and effort. Tom, if you want to get together to train again, perhaps we could set up an informal group? The facility I have access to can always be used whenever no other units are training there. Martin, I have never seen another human being consume ribs that size before, I am awed and will keep my hands and arms away from you when you are eating.

I echo Tom's thoughts training with someone is much more preferable to doing it alone, this admittedly a major shift from what I shared with someone else during the 4X7 Challenge. Constant learning, constant evolution.

Sounds like everyone learned and had a great time.

I wish I could have been there to join in the fun! It is becoming a mantra, but...there is no substitute for personal CST instruction. Many of us travel far and wide to learn from each other - I would strongly encourage anyone who is serious about CST being part of their health/athletic practice to host, attend, facilitate a CST seminar or private/semi-private instruction in person or online.

You will not be disappointed.

Wish I could have made it to this one. I already had a commitment on this day. Maybe the next event.:)

Thank you to Thomas, Anthony, and Martin, for getting out there and exploring with us. Your energy and enthusiasm made it all worthwhile. And of course thank you to my brother in CST Bao Tran for his wonderful heart, and passion for CST. I look forward to seeing you all again soon.
