Toward the end of last night KB workout I started getting a twinge in the muscle between my trap and rear delt. For some reason I decided to add some Clubbell work onto the workout (it is hard to be around a Clubbell without wanting to train with it). I performed a couple of sets of arm-pit casts and as soon as I was finished not only was the pain gone, but it seemed like my shoulders were as loose as they were before my workout.
I know that most of you have probably experienced this plenty of times, but I must say that the more I train with Clubbells and utilize CST the more impressed I become.
