Let me elaborate a little more. From the age of 15 through 33 I had been involved in traditional weightlifting which basically focused on bodybuilding and powerlifting type exercises. In 1997 several weeks after competing in my first bench press contest (in which I won my division) I began to experience stiffness and severe pain in my left shoulder radiating to my elbow. It got so severe that I could not even bench press a 45 # bar! It eventually began affecting my right shoulder also. Eventually I underwent an acromiplasty and labrum repair to my left shoulder in 2000. Coach,

I was unable to attend the comprehensive CST program in Philadelphia in November due to a family-related incident. I have been training for over a year, and am very passionate learning and training with the CST system for a lifetime of growth.

Hoping you are scheduling certification seminars on the East Coast during the 2007 year. With the CST subsections being conducted separately will there be less opportunity to become involved in each on the East Coast now as well as moving further in one area to levels 2 and 3?

Willing to travel to the West Coast for a one day seminar to learn, but hope there will be seminars slated for us on the Eastern coast.

Looking forward to learning and training further in the CST system.

Dr. Sonnon will be opening his new gym in 2007 and with it will not be traveling only for CST Instructor Certification Seminars at maximum. If you desire certification in the individual Wings of CST, contact the faculty head coaches nearest to you (Ryan Murdock and Joseph Wilson) to find out their schedule for the new year.

This is exactly what I have been waiting for. I feel of all the wings of CST this is the one I am most ready to get my first cert in. This is also the number one aspect I want to introduce into my school as the teachers I work with (and the students) are stuck in the traditional flexibility paradigm and label my mobility as "something I naturally am". I have been using intu-flow since it was first released and had been making a regular practice of warrior wellness for 2 years before that. I am currently focused on the beginner and intermediate levels and plan to move back into the advanced routine next week, I stepped down a level because of a recent knee injury. Does it sound like I have enough experience with intu-flow to be certified? If so I hope to have my reservation set in the next week or so. Thanks

well I am registered for the upcoming intu-flow cert. Cant wait to see all the information thats going to be presented! Any advice on what I should be focusing on? I've moved back into the advanced intu-flow program and a I usually practice either the beginner or intermediate daily as well.
