Hella my name is Rob as you can tell from my login name. I live in Otawa, Ontario, Canada.
I became aware of coach Sonnon through various internet boards and have found his information very helpful when it comes to training.
I'm approaching 35 very quickly and have gotten back into martial arts over the last year. The art I take is called Fangshendo Kung FU, its realy a reality based self defense art with is foundation in modern win chung,as well as influences from muy tai, savate, jujitsu, Kali, Eskrima as well as street fighting concepts and techniques.
I am looking to improve my martial arts through training and improve my overall fitness.
I look forward to soaking up all the knowledge that i can on this board.
