Hey All!

I just received the 3 tape set, Body-Flow: Biomechanical Exercises and Kinetic Chains. I can't thank Coach Sonnon enough on supplementing the Body-Flow textbook with this set of videos! For me it's hard to see the "flow" of the Biomechanical Exercises through a series of pictures. After seeing exercises like the famous Neck Roll in action, I had the courage to try it myself! I'm not perfect but I can now perform the Neck Roll after seeing Coach Sonnon's live performance, so to speak.

Anyways, I immediately figured it would be helpful to make a table of contents that listed at what point on each tape each exercise is demonstrated. I've put together a list of all the Biomechanical Exercises/Kinetic Chains by title and time (in minutes) on each tape for easy reference. Hopefully you'll be able to get as much benifit out of this "quick select" as I have!

Considering that Coach Sonnon presents the Kinetic Chains from least difficult to most, I have excluded what makes up these chains to concerve space and have only numbered them 1 to 10!

PLEASE do NOT skip to these exercises without watching ALL of the videos in their entirety first! Hope this info helps!

Cheers,

Steve Ellingson :D

Thanks, I'm going to print this as soon as I get the Bodyflow tape series!

Coach Sonnon - If there was a way to include this type of information with all your VHS tapes, that would be fantastic! I'm also rooting for the DVD releases of all your major video sets, with cuts to each particular move, like chapters in a movie.

Thanks Steve, that's very helpful. Inspired by your post, I've posted an index to the Clubbell video on the CST Wellness forum for those who are interested.

You're welcome. I'm glad to contribute when I can. But thanks are due to Steve for setting the precedent. I had these notes sitting around in my files, it never occurred to me to post them

I just posted a pageless index to the Maximology videos. No counter index numbers, but a list of all the exercises shown. I find it a useful reminder and helpful when I need to look stuff up.

Cheers!
