It is always an honor and privilege to conduct a CST Instructor Certification seminar. The quality of people who attend never fails to surprise me. From around the country and as far as Sweden (cheers Ola and Christian!), athletes poured in: medical doctors, professional trainers, kinesiologists, US ARMY and NAVY personnel, gym owners, dancers, university professors, professional fighters, psychotherapists, and on and on...
The juice turned on Friday and didn't subside until Sunday afternoon. As usual our faculty - Ryan Murdock, Joseph Wilson and Brandon Jones - presented flawlessly and with 100% intensity and expertise. We had the pleasure of the beautiful and fluid Prasara Instructor Camron S. lead a few sessions (and teach a few outstanding new drills for helping athletes).
It was a spectacular weekend all-around!
I look forward to reading all of the written examinations and to the new instructors and coaches to join the CST Cadre as the RMAX Nation marches into 2007!
