Hello everyone,

Kappa was a fantastic experience, and I would like to thank everyone involved.

Thank you to the Head Coaches that continue to sophisticate, enhance and toughen the material. There was a great mix of movement and lecture, humor and education. Thank you for pushing us onward with the physical and mental challenges.

Thank you to Nikolay and the RMAX staff for performing the behind the scenes logistics that make the seminar possible. The location of the hotel was great, and thank you for finding softer carpet. :)

Finally, thank you to all the particiants. It was your contributions that made the biggest impression on me. Everyone I met was easy to talk to, having a good time and serious at the same time. I continue to be impressed by the quality of the individuals that show up at RMAX events.

Thank you Dave for stepping up in such a huge way. We were surprised and impressed by the tremendous gains you've made since the last IC in Bellingham, 6 short months ago. You're a great example of this "leading from the front" thing that we're always on about. :)
