I finally get a chance to post up some thoughts on my experience at KAPPA. In one word- AMAZING!! I had a pretty good grasp of what CST is before going into the seminar, but Coach Sonnon was able to blow the doors off of my preconceived notions. With the help of Coaches Wilson,Murdock,Jones, and Billew, Coach Sonnon presented a seemless integration of the three wings of CST, from a phiolsophical, intellectual, and of course physical perspective. All of the lectures and exercises flowed effortlessly from one to the other. Each new piece of the CST puzzle directly emphasized and brought light to every other piece presented. I had an incredible weekend that left me sore, not only from the work that we did, but from the laughing I did!! I came home with a true understanding of the Holistic nature of CST and its impact on what it means to be Human.
Thank you so much Coaches, and thanks to all off my feloow CSTers for a weekend I won't forget!!
