Ross System Training??

Hello,

Since I'm new to this forum I've been hearing alot about ROSS training system. Is this a martial art or a way of physical development?? Is there anywhere in the Philadelphia, PA area to learn more about this system or to take classes, I was doing some research on the internet, but I'm still unclear exactly what it is and encompasses. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!!

I'm still unclear exactly what it is and encompasses. Think of it this way:
CST teaches you how to integrate your breathing, movement and structure.
ROSS teaches you how to dis-integrate an opponent's breathing, movement and structure.
