Okay, so just when I thought I was back online, mother nature had other ideas. We now have a new modem, the water is out of the basement, and the sump pump should be installed within the week. I am also back in my office so I have internet access here again as well.
To all who sent their condolences on the loss of my uncle, on behalf of my family, thank you very much.
