As I pop up from the world of writing final papers for school, I wanted to comment on my experience of my private session with Coach Sonnon.
My private session with Coach Sonnon was an abject lesson in the difficulties of self coaching, and the value of an outside and experienced point of view. I went in to the session looking for some advice on some aspects of my Flowfighting. Which I got, but I also got a complete reframe of my current training goals. As a result of Coach’s unstinting honesty I was able to see the rut I had gotten myself into training wise, and the steps I need to make to get my training back on track. I am now on a new and rewarding track with my Daily Personal Practice and I would highly recommend to anyone that they take advantage of Coach’s offering of these sessions. There is nothing more valuable than honest and insightful feedback from such a brilliant man.
