Hey, I was a total newbie when I jumped on these forums in December, and I was used to the usual trolling and bad behavior you find on most boards these days.

I figured I'd find some dudes that were just into the ClubBells and some of Coach Sonnon's other stuff, plus the usual morons piping up.

Wrong.

I found the best-run, most troll-free boards on the net.

Even better, most of the guys posting here are experts in a variety of fitness-related fields, and many are accomplished athletes in their chosen fields.

Best of all, everyone that posts is willing to help you if you ask a question, and you don't get a lot of stupid advice like on most boards.

Nobody asked me to plug these boards, but I did it anyway, because I want more people to join us and keep things interesting.

You have everything to gain.

As Coach Sonnon says, "we are alone but we are alone together". How fitting for a internet forum! It's GREAT!!! No reference to Tony the Tiger.... :D
