man.....I would LOVE to be able to move on a mat like some of the videos I've seen here.
I know a lot of prasara is based on self-exploration in developing routines....but!....will the primer include sequencing suggestions 'for dummies'?

Thanks for all the nice comments, everyone! :)
The Prasara Primer is divided up so that beginners can advance all the way up to the 'challenging' flows. Videos are also included that will show the different levels. That is why this will only be a download and not a printed book.
By going through these flows and seeing how they were created from the bottom up you should be able to see the process in how a flow is made. Then you will be able to create your own flows based on your own personal movement.
If you haven't already, look below my signature and download the free Prasara PDF. It will give you a small idea of what will be in the book.

actually, gravity is merely more respectful in Japan, to those who treat it honorably.

Yeah. Photoshop. And I suppose the image below (leaked to the U.S. tribe by Japanese agents) never happened? Like you're not manipulating your center of gravity with your chi, or structure or whatever you want to call it?

Sure. You're just a regular guy with software. Right.
