I went looking for whatever intro I thought I'd posted, and I can't find one. Turns out I've been rudely mostly-lurking for over a year. Sorry about that. :)
I'm part of the training group Slade (Coach Billew) runs in Richmond, VA. I'm also a tribal belly dancer & dance teacher in my spare time, so many of my CST goals center on being a better, happier, healthier performer and a more open/aware instructor... and balancing that with a desk job.

Welcome to the Forum, April! :)
It's always great to see one of Slade's people here. He's a great coach, and a hell of a good egg as well.

Greetings, April. Slade is a great guy to train with.
Although I'm not much involved other than a sometime audience, there's a huge Tribal/Belly Dance community(?)in this area: Southern Oregon. When I'm watching, it all makes great sense, looks like great fun to boot...I just don't have time for one more activity at this point! :D
Look forward to reading more of your discoveries and adventures.

Couldn't agree more. I'm thrilled on a regular basis to have the privilege of training with him.
