I'm writing this more of a personal journal than explicitly writing down goals to achieve.

So I'm working with Warrior Wellness mostly daily. Now starting to add weights to the training. As Clubbells are not available in Australia I'm using solid cast dumbbells or holding a single plate weight in my hand/s.

I've chosen not to take the Coach Sonnon's advice about seeing a sport specialist (see Body-Flow problem with knees

http://www.circularstrengthmag.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1174

as I have seen several specialist over the years with no discisive result, add to that I'm a bodywork practioner myself (ahh pride goeth).

However the condition of my ITB is changing remarkedly through WW. My legs lift higher in the 4 direction drill daily, which I'm very happy with.

I was also blown away with these exercises when I finally worked out where my top of my hip joint was! After years of MA training I still thought that the femural head was about 2 inches lower than reality.

So I'm still learning (and loving it),
Garth

The Clubbell is available to Australia. Contact support@clubbell.tv for info.

Good luck on your program.

So I'm now up to the advanced series of WW and bought most of the tapes in the Sonnon collection.

I'm restarting Body-Flow practice and the solo grappling drills. My aim is to start Judo training for some competitive practice. I haven't competed in anything for about 10 years so it should be fun!

I've also started a small martial arts class for meditators. Like Da Mo, I've noticed that most of my fellow meditation students are deplorably unfit. So I've put together some internal martial arts movements with Body-Flow, with some push hands and rolling hands for competition.

Everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves.

We'll see if they're still interested in 6 months.
