View Full Version : Knuckle-dragging By Example

I noticed in Coach Sonnon's log that he intends on participating in the OCS meet. Coach Szolek too. This is huge. Not too many Coaches are willing to put it out there. Steve and DC Maxwell ( both jujitsu world champions) and Ethan Reeve ( who did the first Tactical Strength Challange) are examples of those that do as they say. Win, lose or draw is not the point - dragging your knuckles to the meet is.
We are having a Kettlebell meet in Philly on Saturday - there have been a million posts about it on DD- only 13 people are pre-registered. I first touched a KB 4 months ago -ofcourse I'll be better in 6 months, who cares. Woulda, shoulda, coulda - the opposite of did.

Thanks for the kind words, amigo. Like I told you in my Training Log, I revitalized the sport because I wanted to create competitors who will push me farther and deeper in it than I could go alone. No use in being a small fish in a puddle. I don't know if that's commendable. In truth, that's kind of selfish.

Look forward to all you Clubbell barracudas chummin' the OCS waters in February.
