FYI,
Tonight was my first time after Jeff Larson worked with me on Sat. that I was able to really focus and apply what we worked on.

I first noticed some signifigant changes to my breathing. Since I now have a bisic knowlege of the 'mechanics' of Intu-Flow®, I am able to work on refining my movements and my breathing. Allowing the move to "breathe" me was something I had heard, but now I am able to "spot" the times when I should be inhaling and exhaling. This has really helped me work some deeper and more relaxed movements. It feels like Intu-Flow® will really help my cardio recovery since I am able to really "be breathed" by the movements now and 'practice" the program instead of following along with the DVD jus to get done before I have to go to bed or go to work in the morning.

I look forward to much faster results and more "gains" from the movements now. I now have a renewed fire, thanks Jeff, again!

You're doing great my friend!
You have reached an important benchmark here.
Now that you know the Intu-Flow® movements you should get away from the idea of "following along".
Instead of watching the screen focus all your awareness to the internal events happening as you move.
This is how you begin to unlock the real power of practicing CST.
