Last night I went through the entire mobilized strength session for the first time last night. First I did my Intu-Flow Advanced level session and then I reviewed the mobilized strength manual and followed along. Wow what a program! I was amazed at how different movement health felt while under load. I was finding new releases and a couple of hitches I did not know I had. The only part of this I found uncomfortable was the stress I felt in my elbows. The "funambulist(sp)" position used to hold the clubs puts a stress on the elbows that reminds me of the sensation one gets in the elbows from doing the locust pose. All and all I found it to be a very enjoyable program. Its a shame it was not expanded on I definitly would like to see an Intu-Flow version of mobilized strength.

I was just wondering where the Mobilized Strength is located in the rmax material?. I don't seem to remember where it is. Thanks

Brian,
I have a training hint for you. Think of arm lock as arm drive, similar to leg drive. This will activate the spiral line in the arm and distribute the load evenly across the joint:)

Good one, Joseph! I'm going to use that in my classes if I may.
