Out of the three wings in CST what is your favorite wing and why?

I love em' all of course but its the Clubbell training that really gets me excited. Its Clubbells that first got me into CST so the principles of CST I see the most readily apparant in Clubbell training.

Prasara. 'natch!:)

But my recent stint with Clubbells before I left on vacation has got me more interested in them again.

IntuFlow is such a ubiquitous part of my day that I can't separate it out really.

My personal favorite is Intu-flow (Warrior Wellness). This was my first entry to RMAX. My daily practice of Warrior Wellness has helped me as an athlete and helped me realized the value of Body-Flow and Clubbell training. I dare say that without Warrior Wellness I wouldn't have gone as far as did in the CST system. I am glad Intu-flow is a greater product than Warrior Wellness.

I chose Intu-Flow also because It keeps the rust off the joints and just keeps you feeling great. Also I practice it daily. Prasara and clubbells are great also and I have lots of fun with each, they tie for a very close 2nd with Intu-Flow.

I wouldn't want to do without any of them, but if I had to pick one, it would be Intu-flow. Its hard to beat the ease of it for joint lubing each day.

maybe it would be better to rank them in order of personal priority instead of choosing just one as a favorite? Personally I have to go with the general concensus and vote for intu-flow. Warrior Wellness was the first program I purchased and has been my faithful companion through the last 3 years. I have many goals and many places I want to go with CST but no matter what I do movement health is still the #1 priority in my personal practice. After that I would have to rank Clubbells as #2 and Prasara as #3.

The one at the bottom of the favorite list is probably the one on the top of the list entitled 'What I need to do to shake loose from this plateau I'm hitting.' :)

Brian,

What is your favorite wing?

For me it's Clubbell athletics. It was what first brought me to CST and then exposed me to so much more. The Clubbells have become my tool of choice and for wellness and fitness improvement.

I have to vote for Intu-Flow as far as a solid, steady, sustaining day-to-day relationship. But the Clubbell Honeymoon keeps going too.

your likely very right about that one. Hehe I was thinking the same thing as I posted my reply.

This was tough for me. After giving it some thought I almost wasn't going to vote because I couldn't decide a favorite. All three wings are needed to make the complete whole.

Ultimately I voted for Prasara Body-Flow. For me its the most fun method of movement.

Deepening my understanding of joint mobility is what brought me to Coach Sonnon's work. It is still the cornerstone of my CST practice. I find as I go deeper into my understanding of the "system", the inner bag, outer bag and double bag paradigm opens up new vistas of exploration.

I find joint mobility to be the element that join(t)s everything together it is the thing that I simply can not be without.

With that said it's like asking which of one's limbs one prefers...

I had to think for awhile about this question. I focus on Intu-Flow and Prasara the most because that's what I need the most. But I have the most fun with the clubbell wing.

Intu-Flow for me, because of the recovery and the restoration of lost range of motion and extension of existing ranges of motion.

I also enjoy the Clubbell wing, because of the rush I get from propelling a weight in 3 dimensions, and the Prasara Body Flow wing because of the deeper releases and exposure to a range of movements I previously thought were beyond my ability.

It seems Intu-flow is truly the flagship product of RMAX. I wonder WHY?

Coach Gostnell

I don't know WHY for everyone else who's posted, but unless I keep up with IntuFlow, there's NO WAY I can even begin to catch on to & keep up with the rest of it! :D Another way it makes more things possible is that I'm healthier and more injury-free than I was in the past, yet doing much more than the pre-WW/IF days.

Intu-Flow since that is where I discovered CST. Of course, a triangle ( the CST model ) needs three sides to be complete. I've just discovered clubbells (I only own the mini-bells; love them/recently took them on a winter camping trip, yes I did ) and can't wait to explore that wing (going to purchase 15# and 25#). Over many years I've practiced various forms of yoga and am dedicated to the ancient life art. Prasara I must say is wonderful!
Still, got to say Intu-flow. I have many residual aches and pains from a hard work/play life. Intu-flow is helping tremendously. Very meditative, too.
