I am about to integrate ABC training into my schedule. How much time should I take in between ABC training and heavy kettlebell training? I am using a 6 days a week 2x a day schedule. The morning workouts are mainly cardio and lighter Clubbell and Kettlebell workouts, and I save the heavy stuff for the evening workout.

I hate to be the one to say it but it sounds like you may be over training. Could you give me a more detailed run down of your training schedule (day by day) so that I can offer a more informed opinion on your inclusion of ABCs in your work.

O.k., here is the day by day:

Monday a.m.-cardio, p.m.- kettlebell density training (light)
Teusday a.m.- C..S.T. (easy), p.m.- short kettlebell training (heavy)
Wednesday a.m.- cardio, p.m.- ABC
Thursday a.m.- Short KB training (light), p.m.- C.S.T. (hard)
Friday a.m.- cardio, p.m.- kettlebell density training (heavy)
Saturday p.m.- ABC

How long have you been on this split? And how much sleep are you getting each night?

I have only been on this schedule for about 3 weeks. I average about 6 or 7 hours of sleep per night. I actually feel better during the day after doing some form of light training or cardio in the morning.

What kind of results have you been getting from this work?
