our boy Hemi has posted some pics of his warrior diet/crossfit success on the DD nutrition forum. Very impressive stuff.

I will doing an article on how some people who have achieved impressive athletic leaness of different ages, jobs etc...have done it. I think Hemi has earned a spot in there.

I forget who did that country song -"It's hard to be humble..."

Wow that is really cool and thanks for showing us and telling us what you are doing.

PS I think your pose is great.

As the Irish immigrant said upon hearing what happens when a batter gets four balls....

WALK PROUD

Furthermore...

Bill,

You have been a continuous inspiration and help. Despite a 50 hour+ workweek you maintain out of this world strength and a truly awesome physique. Your extremely knowledgeable and more than happy to help others.

Coach,

Your systems/programs are nothing short of amazing! Innovative, unique, and highly effective. You are truly creating a revolution in functional exercise with real world application. My hats off to you.

Connie,

Your ability to take complex subject matter and break it down into an accessible format is astounding. You truly have a way with words and your passion for health and fitness shines through in each and every one of your posts.

All in all, I want to thank all of you. If it were not for individuals such as yourselves, I would not have made it thus far. True, it has been my own hard work that has got me to where I am. However, without the help/motivation/inpiration that you provide, I doubt I would've pushed myself this hard or continued through tough times. And Bill, I'm honored that you would add me in to the article.

Would you mind posting a link to the photos you posted on the DD forums? Or possibly post them here?

Jason,

Thanks a lot! I'm happy to say that I am not some Bodybuilder type anymore either. Rather than chasing after a physique, I have been chasing performance. I am now benching around 250 and deadlifting around 350. Sprinting speed has really increased as well.
