I know this is wrong but Matt Furey says that knee pain goes away after a couple of weks of doing Hindu squats. I know Matt's stuff is no good.

What is the best fix from Rmax?

Thanks!

Health Care Practitioner.

CST is a "prehab not a rehab" system. Good luck with a speedy recovery.

Bingo. When cleared for our specific programs, many programs, IntuFlow specifically, can help increase pain free range of motion.

Please dont confuse this with do CST and you'll be pain-free in 2weeks, its not our role to make claims like that. I'm suprised that others would make claims like that.

Scotty,

There was recently a long discussion about the Royal Court. You might find quite a few interesting things there.

I echo what Jason wrote...

So what do you do if they are already sore then?

If they're already sore you go to a health care practitioner.

If its only mild soreness, that might benefit from slow and smooth Intu-Flow.

Scotty,
One of the best places to start is with Intu-Flow®. As the name implies, Intu-Flow® is about intuitively reestablishing a joints mobility, recoordinating its motion with other joints, and then sophisticating your movements in accordance with your goals.

There are a lot of different meanings to the term "sore knees". If you think that you have a knee injury, then you should see a doctor ASAP, before starting any exercise program.

Otherwise, please pay special attention to Coach Sonnon in the introduction portion of the Intu-Flow® DVD. In it he lays out some initial guidelines/rules for intuitive training, including: the rating of perceived distress (RPD), the rating of perceived technique (RPT), and the rating of percieved exertion (RPE).

These guidelines help you teach yourself how to train, and to determine for yourself how hard, how much, when to progress, etc.

Intu-Flow® is a joint mobility program that is to the joints, what brushing and flossing is to the teeth. Just like you only need to floss daily the teeth you want to keep; Intu-Flow® teaches you how to reclaim and maintain your joints on a daily basis that ensures they will move properly the next day.

Intu-Flow® teaches you how to move the joints that you want to keep:)

Scotty,

See a Sports Medicine MD first and foremost. Ask him about a movement or gain analysis from him or perhaps a Registered Physical Therapist (or something like that). There are probably a million reasons, or a combination of them, that lead to your knee pain.

To "fix" your knee, you first have to find out what it IS that needs fixing.

This might sound wierd but my knees feel warm all the time now. Not really hot but warm like they have little electric blankets on them or something.
