To any and all with Clubbell experience-

How does Clubbell training carry over to sprinting, jumping, and basic lifting functions (e.g. picking up a rock or human body)?

In other words, can Clubbell training provide the same posterior chain power development (either directly or indirectly) as KB/Olympic total-body pulls (DL, snatch, clean)?

For many Clubbell exercises there is a significant "hip snap"....otherwise moving weights with centers of gravity so far from your hands would be pretty difficult. Useful when attempting to lift someone who is moving their center of gravity (generally at the hips) away from you.
