I attempted to enter my training log for the third time, but still denied entry. When submitted my log, I was asked to log into the forum again. I am very confused ????

Hey Kelly,
If you're taking a long time to type up your blog the forum is probably timing out, and logging you out automatically because it thinks you've left. That happens to me sometimes, and Igo into a rage.
Before you hit submit, highlight and copy what you've typed. If the forum kicks you out, log back in, go back to the Training Blog section, select New Thread, then paste in what you had just typed up. It should work then.
(another alternative would be to type your blog in Word, Wordpad, or some other text editor, then paste it directly to the forum).
Does that make sense, amigo?

There is a timeout, currently set for 20 minutes, after which the user is logged out automatically. So, if someone is composing a post and has not submitted it or changed pages or done something that involves communicating with the server, the timeout occurs and s/he is logged out.
Another option is to just press the 'preview post' button more often, until the post is ready for the 'submit post' button. Then the server is involved, and the timeout will restart with each 'preview'. But if you tend to forget to press it, Coach Murdock's solution is probably a safer one.
