There were a couple of kettlebell moments there that made my upper arms bruise sympathetically.

This was a VERY cool event, if they were having near as much fun as it appears.

First responders are a great, great crew to focus on. To my mind, it gives some reality to the practice that is often missing in the "developed" world... brilliant and helpful on a great many levels.
