I must write that I got to love this man even though I think he a bit silly now. Watching his clips on youtube brings back fond teenage memories of watching his flicks with my old man and friends while eatting chinese take out. I cannot help to laugh now when I revisit his movies, but I wont front I was a fan when I was kid. Now I have Joe Wilson to look up to with his "special kicks".

Bao,

There's no shame in that, my friend. I was a huge Steven Seagal fan back in high school when Above the Law came out... Now he's just... huge

Ryan,

Did you liked how he used his cigarette as a timer? Here is a tip for the tribe from a fitness professional, dont smoke and do lung training like holding your breathing under water. I promise you it will be better if you quit the cigs. ;)

Here is my all time favorite... We borrow of the training here for the next FlowFighting™ camp, bro... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qknZ8ISUPps. I want to be the one the with stick hitting people tho. I don't trust Brandon with it.

My favorite has always been the turnaround scene from Kickboxer...

Not exactly health first, but as a teenager it was very inspiring :). It's really one of those typical turning points in the hero's journey...

Haa! I don't know how, but I forgot about that scene. Good one!

Those were the days, eh? When Van Damme and Segal were still making cool movies...

Man, you come right out of a comic book...

Name the movie. Name the actor. Name the character. (I know, too easy).

I am proud to say I have watched ALL of those movies (and cartoons) and more! A boy's gotta dream!

Thanks for the walk down memory lane. Now, back to posting my Day 16 log...

Enter the Dragon. Jim Kelly a.k.a Black Belt Jones. Williams.

My favorite line is "Why don't someone just pull out a .45 and BANG! Settle it." (the last part Bruce sounds like Elmer Fudd which is awesome) I do a good impression of that.

Now I got to get back to moving apartments....

That one was too easy! And he did sound like Elmer Fudd.

"Don't concetwate on the finger, or else you'll miss all that heavenly glowy!"
