Coach, this sounds like a lot of fun.

One question. What do you find is a good compensation for all the lower back exercise?

Jason,

Can you clarify your question and in what context? What lower back exercise exactly?

Please bring your lover, partner, and date to this special fitness event.
I'm worried that if I do bring my lover, partner, AND date that they would all find out about eachother. What do you recomend for mitigating that potentially explosive situation?

Just kidding, sounds interesting Bao. Best of luck!:)

Without giggling? Let me try.

It seems to me that being a good lover involves quite a bit of pelvic tilt to the front and rear. Certainly, there are other considerations and other movements involved, but this seems to be the primary one and possibly a cause for strain and increased tension chains.

Any ideas on commpensatory movements?

It occurs to me that my question would have been better placed in the General Discussion thread. This sounds like a tremendous event. Lots of fun!

Jason,

Keep Intu-Flow® as your foundation, bro. Go deep there. This program will help anyone to recover, coordinate, and refine all the areas for cupid's arrow. ;) Flock of Pigeons and Spider Monkey flow chains seem to work for most of my clients looking for that edge. I have other specific flow chains that I have created for this purpose but I will have to keep that private until it is trade marked. :D

PS: RMAX will announce it when it comes out. :D
