I've been doing Z-Health for about 3 years, about the same time I began doing Pavel's PTP and, then, kettlebells. Currently practice BodyFlow almost daily as part of girevoy sport (KB) training, for which I mix in my 2 15 lb CBs. Results? Cured a stress-related lower back condition, cut inches off my waistline, and began to learn how to develop a "practice" right for me & not somebody else. Married, w/ 2 teenagers, live in Portland, OR. Next goal is to learn to juggle. And to smile more while practicing (keep those endorphins flowing). :lol:
