I had the privilage of being judge and rep-counter for the OCS event, so I was paying very close attention to every swipe and every mill performed. And having been swinging Clubbells myself for over a year, I was simply in awe of the numbers those guys put up. It was grueling just to watch!
The performance of the OCS athletes was beyond my wildest expectations. Their preparation and dedication to exceling, pushing beyond their own assumed limitations, was a joy to behold.
If someone thinks it was easy or doubts the numbers, I'd really like to see them show us why (You have nine months to train before the OCS at the Mr. Olympia). It takes a big man (or woman) to step up to the plate in public and show their stuff. The participants have my deepest respect and admiration.
In a few years, when OCS is a nationally accepted Olympic event, the first athletes will be seen as the trail-blazers they are. The doubters and nay-sayers will be long forgotten.
Great showing and a very hearty congrats to all. :!: :D
